THE CONCEPT…

I started this journey in 2018 out of necessity, as I was trying to find local tournaments to play in and realized that everything my state association offered was geared toward lower handicaps. Other Am tournaments that I played in took ALL day or even a few days, which was not ideal as I worked full time and was just starting a family. I was on the hunt for something that offered competitive play and schedule flexibility, but my search came up unsuccessful. It was then I decided to turn my passion into something more, and the start of CGT became a reality.

We’ve created a unique format by taking elements of one day tournaments, league play, the PGA Tour, a member-guest and coupling those with schedule flexibility. By giving members the ability to play competitive golf on their time, when it’s convenient for them, is a game changer! The format & schedule flexibility has been extremely successful amongst golfers who don't necessarily have the time to play in one day tournaments, but are looking for more when it comes to playing in a golf league.
