ABOUT THE LEAGUES

The Chicago Golf Tour (‘CGT’) offers 3 separate leagues;

  • North Side Tour

  • South Side Tour

  • West Side Tour

    Schedule flexibility is what separates the CGT from everyone else.

  • Members are given two weeks to play the said scheduled event

  • Members must play together for attesting purposes and for their round to be official. There are special attestation rules in place for major events & playoffs where playing with a new attester is required

    The CGT utilizes handicap flights, a season long FedExCup style point system, event payouts for gross and net, regular season flight champions and a championship day purse.

Members can instantly communicate with one another via our Slack network - broken down by preferred time of play and flights. Members can also book tee times via our online booking service to pair up with other members. The CGT is a great way to network, meet like minded golfers and compete against players of your caliber.

    B Flight - 5.1-10

    C Flight - 10.1-14

    D Flight - 14.1-18

    E Flight - 18+

    • Event Payout Pot % (based on 5 flights)

      • Regular Events (5) Gross/Net - 25%

      • Majors (4) Gross/Net - 25%

    • Regular Season Flight Champions - 10%

    • Playoffs (2) - 10%

    • Championship Day Purse - 30%

      • Top 3 Per Flight (*Positions based on entries)

    • Members have access to our Slack network where they can instantly communicate with other members & tour directors. Members can also utilize our tee sheet to pair up with other members

    • For each event the CGT has tee sheets on M, W, F, Sat & Sun. Members can book these tee times directly via our online booking service

    • Schedule flexibility - the ability to play competitive golf on your time, when it’s convenient for you, is an absolute game changer!
